Refund and Returns Policy

At Sticker Sheet Printing, we take pride in the quality of our custom products. Because all items are made-to-order specifically for you, our refund policy is designed to address quality issues while being fair to both parties.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will make it right.

Reporting Quality Issues

To report a quality issue:

  1. Time Limit: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. How to Report: Email us at [email protected]
  3. Required Information:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the quality issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Resolution Options

If we confirm a quality issue with your order, you may choose one of the following options:

Option A: Free Replacement

We will reproduce your order at no additional cost and ship it to you free of charge.

Option B: Full Refund

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after we confirm the quality issue.

What Is NOT Covered

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Design File Errors

If the issue is caused by errors in the design file you provided, such as:

  • Low resolution images
  • Incorrect colors (not using CMYK)
  • Spelling or grammatical errors
  • Incorrect dimensions or bleed settings
  • Missing fonts or design elements

We print exactly what you approve. Please review your proof carefully before confirming production.

Change of Mind

Because our products are custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • You simply changed your mind
  • The product doesn’t meet your subjective expectations but matches your approved design
  • You ordered the wrong quantity or product type

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 15 days with photos of the damaged package and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
